Introduction Maybe I don't realize how many times I've reflected on my life experiences. But I'm sure my fingers can't count the number of times I've failed, cried, and given up hope. Introduction It's amazing to consider that each of us has unique strategies for protecting ourselves from harm that others might inflict upon us, for keeping secrets, and for dealing with issues and difficulties in every circumstance. It gets to the point where, despite having a lot of issues, the person will still be laughing and smiling, and you won't notice that he is sad.   Introduction In the contemporary age, having effective study habits is vital to living an enjoyable and tranquil existence. Many students, including myself, face challenges with their studies because of a lack of time or poor time management, various distractions that cause inability to focus, and an overload of information that causes confusion and, in some cases, forgetting what was studied. Another example of adversity that a student frequently faces is having to divide his time between studying and working.On the one hand, maintaining effective study habits can help an individual further shape his or her ability, make progress in retention, and continue to achieve academic goals. As a result, it is still critical to consider mental health, particularly if you are experiencing mental health issues, particularly when it comes to academics.
