Coping up with my study habits
Introduction
In the contemporary age, having effective study habits is vital to living an enjoyable and tranquil existence. Many students, including myself, face challenges with their studies because of a lack of time or poor time management, various distractions that cause inability to focus, and an overload of information that causes confusion and, in some cases, forgetting what was studied. Another example of adversity that a student frequently faces is having to divide his time between studying and working. On the one hand, maintaining effective study habits can help an individual further shape his or her ability, make progress in retention, and continue to achieve academic goals. As a result, it is still critical to consider mental health, particularly if you are experiencing mental health issues, particularly when it comes to academics.
When it comes to my studies, I can say that I am one of those who has a lot of bad study habits. And maybe a lot of people will agree with me, maybe not, and if you are like him and like the words procastination or cramming, then you definitely understand me. I am a student who frequently runs out of time, not because I am lazy, but because I work part-time and my attention is divided and diverted to one thing only, my jobs. Because, aside from the fact that studying in Manila is expensive, I also have to support myself, so I rarely have enough time to study. But every time I study, I devise new strategies to ensure that the limited time I have is spent wiselyFirst, I make a plan for what I need to do and what I need to study—I prioritize tasks that are close to being handed over so that I don't have to struggle any further or it isn't difficult if it is handed over. already. Second, after every class, if I have even a little time, I will try to go back to what we studied earlier and discuss it through my own understanding, so that I can better understand and understand the lessons because I use my own methods to learn that. Third, when I have enough time, I create reviewers and notes that will assist me and make my life easier. So that if I forget the lesson, I can look it up or find it in my notes. However, due to overlapping tasks and a variety of other factors, it is unavoidable that I will end up cramming.
