Self-Analysis: Reflection on Psych101

Introduction This semester's subject of psych 101 was life-changing, transformative, and challenging for me. I had the chance to gain a deeper, broader, and more thorough understanding of numerous theories, concepts, human behaviors, and other things. Where the course is focused on exploring and studying different psychological theories, concepts, concepts, and research, which made me understand the various emotions, human behavior cognition, gender development, and many other approaches that are important not only in this course, but to provide an adequate explanation of what an individual frequently experiences, more and more.I subsequently understood and had enough connections to the various concepts, theories, and principles taught in Psych 101 as a result of myself-analysis along the way. This semester has not been easy for me as a working student, but it has also been challenging for our teacher, who continues to work hard to give us enough and high-quality information while ...

To my past, present and future self- BP # 6

Introduction Maybe I don't realize how many times I've reflected on my life experiences. But I'm sure my fingers can't count the number of times I've failed, cried, and given up hope. It's funny to think about, but whenever we face a difficult challenge in life, we usually tell ourselves that we don't want to or can't, so we give up, and we usually just want to die or rest. Perhaps by resting, we will no longer face problems or trials that put our abilities and self-sufficiency to the test. Is lying down the answer to happiness? Can you truly achieve freedom and happiness after death? Isn't it more meaningful if you can learn from your experiences, whether they were good or bad? When it comes to this matter, perhaps many of us are separated. However, in my opinion, life should not be measured by how many trials you have endured or how fortunate you have been in life, but by how you use the time you have in the world to be happy and to make every exp...

Unleashing the burden in my heart: An open letter to someone who hurt me.- BP # 7

Introduction It's amazing to consider that each of us has unique strategies for protecting ourselves from harm that others might inflict upon us, for keeping secrets, and for dealing with issues and difficulties in every circumstance. It gets to the point where, despite having a lot of issues, the person will still be laughing and smiling, and you won't notice that he is sad. Perhaps because of our inherent tendency to be happy despite our problems as Filipinos. And if concealing my emotions is a crime, I suppose I can admit that I'm guilty because I frequently do it to defend myself and to avoid having to think about the event that left me in such agony that it's difficult to forget. Before you think anything, I want to share with you about an experience that left me with many wounds that, to this day, I can say are difficult to forget. I was one of those students in high school who was thrilled about everything, making new friends, loving high school life, and attemp...

Coping up with my study habits

Introduction In the contemporary age, having effective study habits is vital to living an enjoyable and tranquil existence. Many students, including myself, face challenges with their studies because of a lack of time or poor time management, various distractions that cause inability to focus, and an overload of information that causes confusion and, in some cases, forgetting what was studied. Another example of adversity that a student frequently faces is having to divide his time between studying and working. On the one hand, maintaining effective study habits can help an individual further shape his or her ability, make progress in retention, and continue to achieve academic goals. As a result, it is still critical to consider mental health, particularly if you are experiencing mental health issues, particularly when it comes to academics. When it comes to my studies, I can say that I am one of those who has a lot of bad study habits. And maybe a lot of people will agree with m...

Looking Back: Assessing the Childhood memories of Anai

Introduction You may be considered fortunate if in your youth you enjoyed all the rich things; you played happily with your friends, your parents provided for your needs, you could eat whatever you wanted, you could go wherever you wanted, and much more. Memories that you will definitely remember. For many of us, childhood is the happiest stage of our lives because we don't have to think about heavy things and make decisions for ourselves and others. In my own experience, while it wasn't perfect or all that much fun it was meaningful and left me with memories that I will cherish until I die. But, amusingly, many of us have had the opposite experience since birth, experiences that in their viewpoint should not be remembered or revisited. This is the experience shared by the person I spoke with experiences that you may believe are only seen in movies. This person means a lot to me, which is why I envisioned him as the main character in this paper. He has been my classmate since I...

"Sexpectation vs. Reality Documentary": The Hidden Truth

Introduction  Having watched the documentary "Sexpectation vs. Reality," This is where the dark and hidden truth behind social media is gradually revealed, and how many of us use it to do work and earn enough money to escape the gnawing stomach caused by poverty—poverty that causes branch-by-branch problems such as the entry of many of us into pornography, selling themselves for money, which for them is a great way to keep living. The growing number of people entering and being drawn into this lifestyle is concerning. This is simply an indication of a severe lack of proper focus and attention. Furthermore, the government plays a critical role in addressing these types of issues, but the government itself consistently falls short in doing so: the aforementioned problems demonstrate the government's excessive negligence in accommodating its constituents. This is why it is understood that we are fighting against the country's long-standing problems and have not been able ...
